I work in Talent Development in the Private Equity / Financial Services industry, training and coaching high-achieving employees to optimize their performance.


I maintain and write this blog as well as its companion newsletter, the Bring Ambition Newsletter. I am a former solopreneur, run a woodworking shop, and have two dogs named Gertrude and Larry.
